នៅថ្ងៃសុក្រ ទី២៤ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ សមាគមវិនិយោគិននវានុវត្តន៍ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ “IDI” និងក្រុមហ៊ុន ID Capital Plc. “IDC” ដឹកនាំដោយ លោកបណ្ឌិត ហោ សេរីវឌ្ឍន៍ ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល បានចុះអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់ជាមួយគ្រឹះស្ថាន មីក្រូហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ អិលអូអិលស៊ី (LOLC) ដឹកនាំដោយ លោក សុខ សុផល ប្រធាននាយកប្រតិបត្តិរង។
តាមរយៈអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់នេះ ស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរមានបំណងសហការគ្នាយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធដើម្បីសម្រេចគោលបំណងរួមនោះគឺ
1. ចូលរួមជាមួយ LOLC សម្រាប់ឱកាសវិនិយោគដែលមានសក្តានុពលតាមរយៈការផ្តល់ហិរញ្ញប្បទានបំណុល។
2. ចូលរួមជាមួយ LOLC សម្រាប់ការផ្តល់ហិរញ្ញប្បទានខ្សែច្រវ៉ាក់ផ្គត់ផ្គង់ដល់សមាជិករបស់ IDI ឬក្រុមហ៊ុនផ្សេងៗដែលណែនាំដោយ IDI ។
3. LOLC នឹងដើរតួជាដៃគូស្ថាប័នហិរញ្ញវត្ថុដើម្បីផ្តល់ដំណោះស្រាយហិរញ្ញវត្ថុសម្រាប់ឱកាសវិនិយោគដែលមានសក្តានុពល។
4. ធ្វើសកម្មភាពទីផ្សាររួមគ្នា ដោយរាប់បញ្ចូលផងដែរនូវ ពិព័រណ៍ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម សិក្ខាសាលា វេទិកាធុរកិច្ច។ល។ ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់សេវាកម្មរបស់ភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ។
អំពី LOLC

The Signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between IDI, IDC and LOLC
On Friday, November 24, 2023, the Innovation and Development Investors Association “IDI” and ID Capital Plc. “IDC” led by Dr. Hor Sereyvath, Chairman of the Board of Directors, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with LOLC (CAMBODIA) PLC., led by Mr. Sok Sophal, Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
Through this Memorandum of Understanding, the two institutions aim to collaborate closely to achieve the common goals:
1. Engage with LOLC for potential investment opportunities via debt financing.
2. Engage with LOLC for value chain financing/supply chain financing to IDI’s members or others referred by IDI.
3. LOLC will act as the financial institution partner to provide financial solutions for potential and selective investment opportunities.
4. Jointly conduct marketing activities including but not limited to trade shows, workshops, business forums, seminars, etc. to promote services of the parties to the pertinent stakeholders.
