ពិធីចុះអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់រវាង សមាគម IDI, ក្រុមហ៊ុន IDC និងក្រុមហ៊ុន Platform Impact
នៅថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី១២ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ សមាគមវិនិយោគិននវានុវត្តន៍ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ “IDI” ដឹកនាំដោយ លោកបណ្ឌិត ហោ សេរីវឌ្ឍន៍ ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលរបស់ IDI និងក្រុមហ៊ុន ID Capital Plc. “IDC” បានចុះអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់ជាមួយក្រុមហ៊ុន Platform Impact Co., Ltd. “PI” ដឹកនាំដោយ លោក ហ៊ិន វិសាល មានតួនាទីជាប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល។
តាមរយៈអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់នេះ ស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរមានបំណងសហការគ្នាយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធដើម្បីសម្រេចគោលបំណងរួមនោះគឺ
១. សហការអនុវត្តសេវាកម្មត្រៀមខ្លួនដើម្បីទទួលយកការវិនិយោគ កម្មវិធី ឬជំនួយបច្ចេកទេសដែលមានគោលបំណងជំរុញឱ្យមានកំណើន អភិវឌ្ឍ និងផ្តល់សិទ្ធិអំណាចដល់សហគ្រិនជំនាន់ថ្មីនៅកម្ពុជាដែលជំរុញដោយផលប៉ះពាល់ទាំងនេះ។
២. សហការគ្នារៀបចំយុទ្ធសាស្រ្ត រៀបចំផែនការ និងចូលរួមក្នុងកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងគៀងគរមូលធន ដើម្បីបង្កើតមូលនិធិវិនិយោគដែលមានផលប៉ះពាល់ (Impact) ដំបូងបង្អស់នៅកម្ពុជា ដែលផ្តួចផ្តើមគំនិត ដឹកនាំ និងដំណើរការដោយភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធនានានៅកម្ពុជា។
៣. ទាញយកប្រយោជន៍ពីបណ្តាញ ជំនាញ និងចំណេះដឹងដ៏ទូលំទូលាយរបស់ពួកគេ ដើម្បីផ្តល់សេវាកម្មបន្ថែមប្រកបដោយភាពច្នៃប្រឌិត ដែលជំរុញការភ្ជាប់ទំនាក់ទំនងប្រកបដោយអត្ថន័យ ការយល់ដឹងកាន់តែស៊ីជម្រៅ និងភាពជាដៃគូរយៈពេលវែងរវាងសហគ្រាសនៅកម្ពុជាដែលជំរុញដោយផលប៉ះពាល់ និងសាជីវកម្មពហុជាតិ។

The Signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between IDI, IDC and Platform Impact
On Tuesday, December 12, 2023, Innovation and Development Investors Association “IDI” led by Dr. Hor Sereyvath, Chairman of the Board of Directors of IDI and ID Capital Plc. “IDC” has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Platform Impact Co., Ltd. “PI” led by Mr. HIN Wisal, Chairman.
Through this Memorandum of Understanding, the two institutions aim to collaborate closely to achieve the common goals:
1. Co-implement investment readiness services, programs, or technical assistance intended to nurturing, developing and empowering the new generations of Impact-Driven Entrepreneurs in Cambodia.
2. Collaboratively strategize, plan, and engage in fundraising efforts to establish Cambodia’s first Impact Investment Fund, initiated, led, and operated by a consortium of Cambodian stakeholders.
3. Leverage their extensive networks, expertise, and knowledge to provide innovative value-added services that foster meaningful connections, deeper understanding, and long-term partnerships between Cambodian Impact-Driven Enterprises and Multinational Corporations.
