ពិធីចុះអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់រវាងសមាគម IDI, ក្រុមហ៊ុន IDC និង ក្រុមហ៊ុនធានារ៉ាប់រងអាយុជីវិត អេហ្វដាប់ប៊ែលយូឌី “FWD”
នៅថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី១២ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ ២០២៤ សមាគមវិនិយោគិននវានុវត្តន៍ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ “IDI” និងក្រុមហ៊ុន ID Capital Plc. “IDC” ដឹកនាំដោយ លោកបណ្ឌិត ហោ សេរីវឌ្ឍន៍ ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល បានចុះអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់ជាមួយ ក្រុមហ៊ុនធានារ៉ាប់រងអាយុជីវិត អេហ្វដាប់ប៊ែលយូឌី “FWD” ដឹកនាំដោយលោក ជីម គង់ហ៊ុយ អគ្គនាយកក្រុមហ៊ុន។
តាមរយៈអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់នេះ ស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរមានបំណងសហការគ្នាយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធដើម្បីសម្រេចគោលបំណងរួមនោះគឺ:
1.ចូលរួមជាមួយ FWD សម្រាប់គម្រោងវិនិយោគដែលមានសក្តានុពល ។
2.សហការគ្នារៀបចំព្រឹត្តិការណ៍សាធារណះ និងអប់រំ។
3.ការផ្តល់ជូនជាពិសេសចំពោះសមាជិករបស់ IDI ។

The Signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between IDI, IDC and FWD
On Monday, February 12, 2024, the Innovation and Development Investors Association “IDI” and ID Capital Plc. “IDC” led by Dr. Hor Sereyvath, Chairman of the Board of Directors, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with FWD Life Insurance (Cambodia) Plc “FWD” led by Mr. Chim Guanghui, CEO.
Through this Memorandum of Understanding, the two institutions aim to collaborate closely to achieve the common goals:
1. Engage with FWD for any potential investment proposal.
2. Co-host educational and public events.
