៣-ឯកឧត្តម ជា កុកហុង ជាប្រធានលេខាធិការដ្ឋានមូលនិធិអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សហគ្រិនភាព នៃក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ។
