នៅថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី០៥ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ សមាគមវិនិយោគិន នវានុវត្តន៍ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ “IDI” ដឹកនាំដោយលោកបណ្ឌិត ហោ សេរីវឌ្ឍន៍ ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល បានចុះហត្ថលេខាលើអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នាជាមួយ La Vie Hospitality Group Pty Ltd ក្នុងពិធីចុះហត្ថលេខាលើវេទិកាធុរកិច្ចកម្ពុជា-អូស្ត្រាលីនៅទីក្រុងម៊ែលប៊ន ប្រទេសអូស្ត្រាលី ។ ពិធីចុះហត្ថលេខានេះក៏មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាសក្ខីភាពដោយសម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងបានធ្វើការអបអរសាទរចំពោះដំណើរការនៃភាពជាដៃគូថ្មីមួយនេះ។
តាមរយៈអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នានេះ ភាគីទាំងពីរមានបំណងធ្វើការជាមួយគ្នាយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធ ដើម្បីសម្រេចបាននូវគោលដៅរួមមួយគឺ ទី១ លើកកម្ពស់ប្រសិទ្ធភាព និរន្តរភាព និងការប្រកួតប្រជែងរួមរបស់ឧស្សាហកម្មបដិសណ្ឋារកិច្ចរបស់កម្ពុជា តាមរយៈការវិនិយោគទៅលើការបង្កើតមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញផ្នែកបដិសណ្ឋារកិច្ចក្នុងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ប្រកបដោយគុណភាពខ្ពស់។ ទី២ ផ្សព្វផ្សាយសេវាកម្មរបស់ភាគីទាំងសងខាងរួមមាន “ការគ្រប់គ្រងសណ្ឋាគារ និងការគ្រប់គ្រងការវិនិយោគ” ក្នុងចំណោមបណ្តាញធុរកិច្ចជនរបស់ភាគីទាំងពីរ និងតាមរយៈសកម្មភាពអាជីវកម្មដែលបានផ្តួចផ្តើមរួមគ្នា ដែលរួមមាន ប៉ុន្តែមិនកំណត់ចំពោះការធ្វើសិក្ខាសាលា ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាល និងបង្កើតព្រឹត្តិការណ៍បណ្តាញអាជីវកម្មផ្សេងៗ។ ទី៣ ផ្លាស់ប្តូរនិងណែនាំនូវអតិថិជនសក្តានុពល ឬដៃគូអាជីវកម្មដែលស្វែងរកសេវាកម្មរបស់ភាគីទាំងសងខាង។

Signing Ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding between Innovation and Development Investors Association (IDI) and La Vie Hospitality Group Pty Ltd (La Vie) on Cambodia’s tourism and hospitality industry enhancement toward positive growth.
On Tuesday, March 05, 2024, the Innovation and Development Investors Association “IDI” led by Dr. Hor SereyVath, Chairman of the Board of Directors of IDI and ID Capital Plc. “IDC” signed a memorandum of understanding with La Vie Hospitality Group Pty Ltd at the signing ceremony of the Cambodia-Australia Business Forum in Australia. The signing ceremony was witnessed by Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN MANET, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, who congratulated us on this new journey.

Through this Memorandum of Understanding, all parties intend to work closely together to achieve common goals of (1) Enhancing Cambodia’s hospitality industry’s overall effectiveness, sustainability, and competitiveness through an investment in a hospitality training center in the Kingdom that aims to provide high-quality education and training to individuals interested in pursuing careers in the hospitality and tourism industry. (2) Promote the parties’ services in “Hotel Management and Investment Management” among the Parties’ business circle and through co-initiated business activities including but not limited to seminars, training, and business networking events. (3) Exchange potential clients’ or business partners’ contact seeking the Parties’ services.

On Tuesday, March 05, 2024, the Innovation and Development Investors Association “IDI” led by Dr. Hor SereyVath, Chairman of the Board of Directors of IDI and ID Capital Plc. “IDC” hosted a Welcome Dinner Reception for 40 Cambodian delegates of the “Agribusiness, Trade and Investment Mission” in Melbourne, Australia where the event took place at the QT Melbourne Hotel. At the same time, IDI also presented the whole agenda and activities program of the mission that all delegates will enjoy in the coming days. In addition, we also celebrated the International Women’s Day to the female delegates.

Presentation by a keynote speaker, His Excellency SUON SOPHAL, Deputy Secretary General of the Board of Investment of Cambodia / Council for the Development of Cambodia.
His Excellency Suon Sophal provided a detailed presentation to 115 participants (70 participants came from Australian companies and 45 participants came from Cambodia business delegation) on the current updates of investment landscape in Cambodia, the latest investment laws and procedures had been implementing since 2021 and a new campaign program called “Pick Cambodia” which aim to attract investors to pick Cambodia as their business destination.

Cambodia Business Delegation visited the AgriBio Center located at La Trobe University
The Innovation and Development Investors Association (IDI) led by Dr. Hor SereyVath, Chairman of the Board of Director, organized a site visit for Cambodia business delegation to meet with AgriBio Center located at La Trobe University. The centre had expressed their willingness to be a partner with our Cambodian delegates and other agribusinesses to provide innovative solutions on cultivation techniques, food formulation, and develop agricultural products to meet the market standards and comply with food security or hygiene standards in order to enter Australian market successfully.
